We also offer services catered towards film & commercial related content as well.
Do you travel? – Our creative team travels wherever your story unfolds. From major conferences in the U.S. to international events abroad, we bring the same artistry, precision, and passion to every production—no matter where it happens.
Do you charge travel fees? – For travel projects, we follow a simple “rate + room” policy. We only require our standard rate and lodging for on-site crew members. From there, we handle the rest—flights, local transport, meals, rental cars, luggage fees, and more—so you can enjoy a seamless, worry-free experience.
Do you offer same-day edits for photos and videos? - Same-day edits are available for certain projects, like event highlight videos or headshots, depending on our schedule. This service carries an additional fee, so just let us know early in the planning process if you’re interested.
Do you provide both RAW files and edited deliverables? - Yes, our standard services include fully edited photos and videos. If you’d like access to the raw files, we can provide them for an additional fee to cover transfer and file management.
How long does it take to receive the final photos and videos? -Turnaround time is 5 business days for photos and around 2 weeks for videos, depending on complexity. Deadlines can often be accommodated—please let us know in advance.
How far in advance should we book you for our event or project? –To ensure availability, we encourage early booking. Your date is officially reserved once a contract is signed and the deposit is received, as all bookings are confirmed on a first-come basis.
